These thyristor solid state relays are piloted directly by our STATOP temperature controllers.
They are mounted on a DIN rail or at the back of a cabinet.- Two models: 25A or 45A current
- Single-phase network, voltage 48 to 660V – 50 to 60Hz
- Constant resistance load
- On-off operation
- Control by logic voltage from 4 to 32VDC

Thyristor solid state relays for switching resistive loads from 8A to 280A, in single-phase.
Direct drive by our STATOP temperature controllers.
DIN rail mounting (models 8, 16 and 30A) or in the back of a cabinet.- Single-phase network: 230V, 400V, 500V
- Operates by wave train (On-Off)
- Control by logic voltage 0…24VDC, digital and dry contact via an optional external bus (Modbus or Profibus)
- Partial load break detection (depending on the model): alarm output by relays and indicator LED
H1: model without alarm
