  • RE15

    RE15 controller – programming control – 4 outputs

    Microprocessor programmer-controller RE15 type is destined to programmed or constant valued control of temperature and other physical quantities converted into a current or voltage standard signal.

    Microprocessor programmer-controller RE15 type has two measuring inputs:

    • the main input, universal, destined for measurement and control – constant-valued and programmable – of the temperature and other physical quantities e.g. pressure, humidity, level, flow converted into an electrical signal and
    • additional linear signals used as a source of setup value or an additional measuring point; – the voltageless binary input serves to control the programme of the setup value.

    The setup value can be constant or altered during the process or the read-out of the additional input.
    There are 15 accessible programmes of the setup value. The maximal number of segments in the programme is 15.
    The control displays measured values, the setup value, the output signal and other process parameters on two displays and two 21-segment bargraphs.
    The controller has four outputs which can be used as control outputs with following actions: two-state, three-state of heat-cool type, three-state step-by-step or continuous (two control or retransmission outputs) and as alarm output (signaling).
    The automatic function of the PID controller setup selection ensures an optimum control quality.
    The RS-485 interface with the MODBUS protocol with an appropriate software allows the remote control and the process control.
    Functions which has the RE15 controller and its technical parameters open large perspectives of its applications in many industry fields.

    RE18 controller – 2 outputs

    Microprocessor controller RE18 type is destined to the constant valued control of the temperature or other physical quantities, e.g. pressure, humidity, level converted into an electric signal.

    The measured value, set value or the output signal are displayed on two displays.
    The controller has two outputs enabling the two-state, heating-cooling three-state and step-by-step control.
    The function of the automatic setting choice of the PID controller ensures a satisfactory control quality.

  • RE19

    RE19 controller – 2 channels – programming control – 4 outputs

    The RE19 dual loop controller/programmer is destined to control the temperature and other physical quantities, e.g. pressure, humidity, level or flow converted into an electrical signal.

    The controller can operate two controlled systems or control two physical quantities in one object, e.g. temperature and humidity or a two-zone furnace.
    The controller is available in three versions:

    • RE19S – for control with fixed set-point, with regard to the so-called soft-start and the possibility to switch the set-point by the logic input,
    • RE19P – for programmed control, in which the set-point changes in time, acc. to a chosen program – 15 programs with 15 segments in each,
    • RE19V – for stepper motor control – two control algorythms at choice, with or without a reflexive signal.

    Basic controller features:

    • 2 universal analog measuring inputs which accept standard thermocouples, resistance thermometers, linear currents and voltages,
    • 3 displays, which the controlled value, set value, control signal, control deviation and other information concerning the chosen channel are displayed on,
    • 2 x 16-character LCD display destined to communicate with the user,
    • 10 signalling diodes serving to inform about the state of outputs,
    • 2 auto-tuning algorythms helping to select PID parameters,
    • RS-485 interfaces with MODBUS protocol giving the possibility to apply the controller in control systems. Kinds of set-points:
    • control with fixed set-point, programmed: 15 programs with 15 segments in each (in RE19P) 4 outputs:
    • for control: control of heating , cooling or heating-cooling type, of step control to close and open the valve (in RE19V),
    • for alarm: from measured value or from control deviation,
    • for retransmission: to retransmit measured values, set values or control deviations,
    • for signalling: to signal sensor damages or logic input states Logic inputs:
    • 2 configured inputs by the user,
    • remote control of the controller operation – stoppage and restart of the automatic control,
    • clearing of the stored alarms,
    • blocking of parameters changes from the keypad,
    • switching of set values or PID parameters,
    • remote control by the programmed control – stoppage and starting the program, jump to the next segment ( in RE19P).

  • RE20

    RE20 controller – 2 outputs

    Microprocessor controller RE20 type is destined to control temperature and other physical quantities, e.g.: humidity, pressure, level, flow.

    The setpoint value can be constant switched between 2 values through the logic input and taking soft-start into consideration.
    The controller has

    • two outputs which enable a continuous,
    • on/off, three-stage control,
    • alarm signalling and retransmission.
    • the function of automatic selection of PID setting parameters ensures an optimal quality control.

    The RS485 serial interface with MODBUS ASCII or RTU protocol enables the application or RE20 controllers in control, visualization and archiving computer systems.

  • RE21

    RE21 controller – 1 output

    Digital controller RE21 type is destined to control temperature in furnaces, dryers, injection moldings machines and others.

    • input: thermocouples, resistance thermometer,
    • measuring ranges: -50…1600°C,
    • kind of control: on/off, PID,
    • manual setting of parameters,
    • output: relay with a shorted-opened configuration enabling the direct control of not big power objects or voltage 0/6V – for SSR,
    • destined to be mounted in the panel.

  • RE22

    RE22 controller – 1 output

    Digital controller RE22 type is destined to control temperature in furnaces, dryers, injection moulding machines and others.

    • input: universal (thermocouples, resistance thermometer, analog standard signals),
    • control algorythm: on/off, with histerezis, PID,
    • output: relay, binary 0/6V,
    • manual setting of PID parameters or by means of the autoadaptation,
    • limitation of set point change setting,
    • supply: 230 V a.c., 110 V a.c., 24 V a.c.,

  • RE26

    RE26 controller with PID-FUZZY LOGIC – 2 outputs

    The RE26 controller is intended to control temperature and other physical quantities, e.g. pressure, humidity, level, flow.

    • the measured value and the set point or output signal are displayed on two displays,
    • the measuring input is universal for resistance thermometers, thermocouples or for linear standard signals,
    • the controller has two outputs enabling the control of heating or cooling type and signalling of various types of alarms,
    • the manual control and soft-start are also possible. Additionally, one can be protected against parameter change by a password.
    • the auto-tuning function allows the selection of PID settings in order to a rapid adaptation of the output signal to object parameters,
    • the applied Fuzzy Logic algorythm in RE26 controllers allows the minimization of interference influence, ensures an optimal control and enables to reach a predetermined set point in the shortest time with a minimum of overshoots.

  • RE60

    RE60 controller – 3 output – on rail

    The RE60 controller controls the temperature in objects through turning on and off the electrical controlling device according to the defined setting by the controller. It cooperates directly with RTD and TC.

    It is destined for the temperature control in telecommunication cabinets in food and drying industries and everywhere, where there is the necessity to stabilize the temperature changes.
    The controller has one output destined for the control and two alarm outputs.
